Hi s 47F
I’d like to thank you for the ongoing support you have provided us over recent weeks as we
introduced the Coronavirus and COVIDSafe apps. The response from the community has been
fantastic and we will look to further enhance the capability in the coming weeks to help in the
fight against the virus and hopefully be in a position to better manage outbreaks going forward.
In partnership with The Blackdog Institute and Cogniss, the Department of Health has also
developed an integrated specialist mental health support app for healthcare workers during the
pandemic and I request your support in ensuring the approval process is as seamless as possible.
We expect the app to be submitted for approval tomorrow or Tuesday with the following details:
App Name: The Essential Network for healthcare professionals
Apple ID: 1510879921
Please let me know if you have any questions or issues. Once again I thank Apple on behalf of the
Australian Government for your continued support.
Regards
Daniel Keys
