Hi s47F

Thanks for confirming – could we please go ahead with Monday, 19 July at 3.30-
5.00pm.

The list of attendees is as follows:

ABC
Monica Vagg, Acting Chief People Officer xxxx.xxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx
Vanessa MacBean, Head Employee Relations xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx
Amy Fox, Employment Counsel xxx.xxx@xxx.xxx.xx
Cassie Botha, Employment Counsel xxxxx.xxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx
Pamela Tran, People & Culture Project Manager xxxx.xxxxxx@xxx.xxx.xx

PwC
s47F, s47(1)(b)

I hope the number of attendees from our end won’t pose an issue but please let us
know if it does. All the attendees have been involved in the review, can speak to
different aspects of it and will be critical in the roll-out of the outcome. As such, we feel it
would be helpful to have everyone attend the meeting.

During the meeting we will update you on the status of the review, the work undertaken
to address missing or unreliable data records for affected employees, and whether there
have been any underpayments identified. Could you please let us know in advance if
there are any other areas that you’d like us to cover?

If you have any questions about the above, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,
Cassie

Hi Cassie,

Thank you for providing the below availabilities.

Either of those times are suitable for us – so if you can confirm which would be your preference;
I am happy to schedule a meeting via Microsoft Teams.

In order to action the above, could you also provide me with the names and email addresses of
the respective ABC and PWC attendees? I can then forward the meeting invites on to them
accordingly.

Kind regards,

s47F

Hi s47F

My apologies for the delay in getting back to you with proposed timings for a meeting. It
took a bit of time to coordinate both the ABC attendees and PwC attendees’ diaries.

At this stage, everyone is available on:
  Monday, 19 July 3.30-5pm
Wednesday, 21 July 2.30-4pm
If these dates do not suit, please let me know and I will try to work out some alternate
dates and ask people to reshuffle their diaries if necessary.

Many thanks,
Cassie

Good morning Cassie,

I hope this email finds you well. Further to the below and attached, I was looking to schedule a
meeting between the FWO, ABC and PwC in early to mid-July.

Based on the latest correspondence, it’s understood that PwC were due s47(1)(b)
by late June. As such, the FWO would welcome the opportunity
to clarify and discuss this methodology with the ABC and PwC, as well as the approximate
quantum of underpayments to Band 1 and Buyout employees (if/where applicable).

I tried giving you a call earlier to gauge your availability/the ease of locking this in – so if you
could give me a call on the below number today, it’d be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

s47F
