Freedom of Information (FOI reference 97061)
I refer to your request for documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act),
received by the department on 29 October 2021, in which you sought access to:
Sex Work Review- Submissions & Stake holders. I am after a copy of submissions made
to this review and a copy of the industry stakeholders who were consulted.
Application fee
Section 17(2A) of the FOI Act requires that an application fee of $30.10 accompanies a request for
access to documents. The application fee may be waived in circumstances of hardship. If you
wish to seek waiver of the fee, you wil need to provide evidence of hardship, such as a current
healthcare or pension card.
Please note your request wil not be considered valid and wil therefore not be processed until
payment or application for waiver is received and approved.
You can also pay the application fee with a credit card by registering a new request at the
following website: https://online.foi.vic.gov.au/foi/request.doj. Please mention in the comments that
you have registered a new request to pay the application fee for FOI 97061.
I would appreciate it if you would respond to the issues raised above within 28 days of the date of
this letter, otherwise I wil assume that you do not wish to continue with your request and no
further action wil be taken by the department.
