I refer to your correspondence to Services Australia (the agency) dated 4 November 2021. 
Your correspondence stated:   
I require the document(s) that relate to the following: 
 
There is no public legislation, directive (or other document) that states/reads (or is 
similar to): 
 
1. A qualified employee, PUBLIC SERVANT, assign (or other) of Services Australia 
has  right over a man or woman in common law; and 
 
2. A qualified employee, PUBLIC SERVANT, assign (or other) of Services Australia 
has  right over the property of a man or woman in common law; 
 
i; require the internal document(s) that states/reads the above points 1 and 2, that a  
qualified employee, PUBLIC SERVANT, assign (or other) of Services Australia would 
depend on when dealing with a man or woman and the name of the qualified 
employee or assign (or other) that made said document(s). 
 
Your request is invalid  
Currently, your request has not been registered as a valid request under the Freedom of 
Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) because your request does not contain enough 
information to enable the agency to identify the documents you are seeking access to.

Section 15 of the FOI Act provides the criteria for making a valid FOI request. Specifically, 
the request must:  
  •  be in writing and state that it is for the purposes of the FOI Act; 
•  have a return address; and  
•  contain enough information to allow the agency to identify the documents you wish to
