My request for information pertains to the following 1. I do not believe it was read in
detail as I could see it was under consideration for less than 1 hour and it is a 200
page detailed document.
2. The generic cut and paste response to the rejection is not sufficient nor
appreciated
Please provide actual feedback on what is missing from our application that resulted
in a NOT EXEMPT.
Timeframe for processing your request
The FOI Act provides a statutory period for processing your request of 30 calendar days,
unless an extension of time is agreed to, or provided for under a provision of the FOI Act.
According to section 15 of the FOI Act, the statutory timeframe for the processing of your
request expired on 6 January 2022. The Department apologises for the delay in processing
