Your Freedom of Information Request – Acknowledgement 
I refer to your request received by the Future Fund Management Agency (“Agency”) by email  on 
26 December 2021, requesting access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (“FOI Act”) 
to documents as fol ows (the “Request”): 
Please provide documents proving the value amount (in Aud or Usd), current location, 
and current jurisdiction of the assets managed by FutureFund which are stated to be 
belonging to We the People. Names of the persons, or entities controlling this fund to 
be included. 
We confirm that we have received your email and are processing the Request. 
Clarification of scope  
In order to ensure that the Request is valid for the purposes of section 15(2)(b) of the FOI  Act, 
we need to have been provided such information concerning the documents requested as is 
reasonably necessary to enable us to identify them.  
In order to properly process the Request and identify relevant documents, we have interpreted: 
i) 
the reference to “assets managed by FutureFund” to mean the assets of the fund named 
the Future Fund which is managed by the Future Fund Board of Guardians; and 
i ) 
the Request as a request for a document setting out the relevant information  as at 
26 December 2021. 
We are currently processing the Request on the basis of the above interpretations. If you disagree 
with  our interpretation, please inform us by reply email to xxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx  by 
14 January 2022, with specific clarification of the area of disagreement.

Other matters 
The Agency is required by section 11C of the FOI Act to publish a disclosure log on its website 
detailing information released in response to a Freedom of Information access request, subject  to 
certain exceptions.   Particulars of any document produced pursuant to the Request may be 
published by the Agency on the Future Fund website. 
We confirm that the Agency does not intend to impose any fees to process the Request.  We also 
note that the statutory period for processing the Request commenced from 27 December 2021.  
You wil  be notified of our decision within the required timeframe.
