Dear ACT Parks And City Services Division,

I’m requesting the following information in relation to behavioural assessments in 2020-2021

1. How many behavioural assessments were performed at Domestic Animal Services during 2020- 2021
2. How many dogs passed the assessment?
3. How many dogs failed the assessment?
4. How many dogs were euthanised due to failing the assessment?
5. Did DAS allow a second independent assessment for the dogs that failed the initial assessment before euthanising them?
6. What were the names of the assessor’s and how many assessments did each of them complete for Domestic Animal Services?

Yours faithfully,

Lisa Pye
