ACCESS TO DOCUMENTS UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1982 
I refer to your email dated 19 February 2022 seeking access to documents under the 
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (the Act). Your request was as follows: 
Documents and Information relating to geo-engineering aerosol programs being conducted in 
Australia between the years January 2019 to current date.  
All other information including, but not limited to, actual patents on the types of aerosols, 
patents on the delivery systems, military and other NGO’s official papers discussing geo-
engineering and weather manipulation. 
Decision 
I am the decision maker for your request. 
In accordance with subparagraph 24A(1)(b)(ii) of the Act, I refuse your request for access as 
I am satisfied that the document you are seeking does not exist. I note that the subject matter 
of your access request is outside of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority’s (CASA) jurisdiction. 
Therefore, CASA does not hold documents within the scope of your access request. 
Application for internal review of decision 
Section 54 of the Act gives you the right to apply for an internal review of my decision. An 
application for internal review of my decision must be made in writing within 30 days of 
receipt of this letter.  
No particular form is required, but it is desirable to set out in the application the grounds on 
which you consider that the decision should be reviewed. An application for review should be
