Good afternoon all,
Following our CI Connect – Reasonable and Necessary Justifications training delivered the other week we are
scheduling in 121 coaching sessions and peer to peer shadowing opportunities for staff. Please let me know if there
are any specific areas that you would like more support to develop your justifications. E.g. justifying behavioural
supports/PBSP’s, clarifying mainstream responsibilities, ATHM, core supports etc.
I will be arranging times next week for us to catch up individually so please make sure your CI Connect Leap training
has been completed before this meeting. Following this we will arrange any shadowing opportunities if you would
like this.
Just a friendly reminder this isn’t performance related it is purely coaching for ongoing learning and development as
part of the National program.
