I refer to your application under the
Right to Information Act 2009 (the RTI Act) which was
received by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General (DJAG) on 1 April 2022. Access
applications made under the RTI Act may only be for existing documents. If you are looking for
answers to questions you will need to discuss your questions with the relevant business unit
within DJAG. Based on the information you have provided in your application we have defined
the scope as:
At present is there ANY Qld State law, that PURPORTS to void, invalidate and make repugnant
Bill of Rights 1688 (Imperial).
Has any Qld Govt Dept, either a Statutory Authority, Statutory Entity or third party been given
exclusive powers by Legal Instruments, to disregard the current status of the Bill of Rights 1688,
Section 109 Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1900, to favour or prioritise, ANY Qld State
law or law that purports to use a State law exceeding, in force Imperial Laws?
That all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are
illegal and void. Please advise this office by
16 May 2022 if managing the application in this way is inconsistent
with the intention of your request. Once your application is compliant, we will conduct a search
in the areas we think are most likely to hold documents relevant to your request.
As it currently stands your application is noncompliant with the relevant application requirements
of section 24 of the RTI Act. This means we cannot process your application as it currently
stands. In order for us to process your application you will need to make it compliant by providing
the following:
1. Complete, check and return the enclosed Right to Information and Information Privacy
Access Application form. Please ensure question three and if relevant question four of the
application form are answered. Please also ensure a contact number is provided and the
declaration on the last page of the form is signed and dated.
2. As the scope of your application is broad, the documents you are seeking to access are not
able to be determined by DJAG. To clarify the scope of your application would you please
provide DJAG with more specific information about the scope of your application, e.g. the
name of the business area in DJAG likely to hold relevant documents. This information will
assist DJAG to identify the relevant documents.
3. Provide payment of the $52.60 application fee as set out in the RTI Act. Applications that do
not concern the applicant’s personal information attracts this application fee and should be
paid at the time the application is made. As your request does not only seek information about
yourself, the application fee is payable. This can be paid by credit card, cheque or money
order.

Right to Information Act 2009. This information will be used to
process your application and may be disclosed to various officers within the department or to consulted
