Please note that I would like to confirm receipt and formal acceptance of the RAPP Australia proposal to supply the following ventilators and associated
accessories items:
2,000 – Mobile ICU Ventilators (and accessories) as described within the attached Vic Gov Quote 89893A
The State of Victoria acknowledges the pending purchase order for 2,000 ventilators valued at $73,860,000
1,075 – Emergency Transport Ventilator 510S as described within the attached Vic Gov Quote 89892 (note adjusted less for 1,025 units in a previous
order)
The State of Victoria acknowledges the pending purchase order for 975 ventilators valued at $15,224,625
Please note that a formal purchase order will be issued within the next 24 hours by Monash Health who is the agent acting on behalf the Department of
Health and Human Services.
At the same time we would welcome the opportunity to further discuss the cash flow and payment terms of this commitment to ensure liquidity is able to
maintained by all parties.
