On 6 June 2022 you wrote to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) seeking access under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) to:
The document specifying the methodology to be used for the bal ot paper sampling process in
the audit of Senate bal ot papers. Not the process outline published here:
https://www.aec.gov.au/About_AEC/cea-notices/files/2022/s273AC-senate-assurance-
methodology-fe2022.pdf but the document referred to in the above document as "advice from
the Australian Bureau of Statistics" and "ABS' guidance for calculating, analysing and
reporting the statistical conclusions that can be drawn."
