I  refer  to  your  request  for  access  under  the  Freedom  of  Information  Act  1982  (the 
FOI Act) for a copy of the following documents received by the ACC; 
 
A copy of the document described on its face as a "Resolution" dated 18 June 1998 
bearing the signature of Mr Geoffrey Cohen who was the Chairman of the renamed 
Elders IXL Superannuation Fund {Foster's Brewing Group Superannuation Fund} 
  
Your request was received on 4 February,  an acknowledgment letter was sent on 12 
February 2015 informing you that a decision was due to be made in relation to this 
request by 6 March 2015

information you have requested access to.

Decision 
I have located one documents falling within the scope of your request, namely: 
  A  document  entitled  “Fosters  Brewing  Group  Superannuation  Fund 
Resolution”  dated 18 June 1998  received by the ACC on  1 December  2014 
attached to correspondence from Mr Phillip Sweeney.  
 
 I have decided to release this document to you in full.
