Freedom of Information Act 1982, for an internal review of the
charges decision that the department notified you of on 16 March 2015 (LEX 12159).
2. Your request for internal review was received by the department on 16 March 2015. The 30 day
statutory period for performing this internal review commenced from the day after that date.
You should therefore expect a internal review decision on the charges decision, in relation to FOI
request 12159, from us by 16 April 2015.
