While she was Minister for Home Affairs, the Hon Karen Andrews MP exercised her discretion to
cancel or refuse a visa under s501(3) or s501A(3) of the
Migration Act 1958 less than five times.

How many decisions were accompanied by a recommendation from the Department of
Home Affairs (under any other denomination) to the Hon Karen Andrews MP that a visa not be
cancelled under s 501(3) of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth), out of the decisions referred to in
question 1 above?
Recommendations that a visa not be cancelled or refused under s 501(3) of the
Migration Act 1958
