received on 04 November 2022. I can advise the following: 
We apologise for the delay in getting back to you.  Leichhardt Park has a total of 55 
watercraft bay and these are all residents who pay an annual fee of $209.30 per 
annum.   Non- residents pa $314.00 per annum.   These fees and charges were 
approved and endorsed by Councillors and is on our website pages via this link.
