Subject: Government Information (Public Access) request - Unlawful arrest
From: Catherine Britt <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
To: GIPA requests at NSW Police Force <xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.xxx.xx>

Dear NSW Police Force,

I was attending the Bateau Bay Hotel on Australia day when a friend was told to leave for no reason.

After police speaking to him I suggested he needs to go.

Upon leaving by my on accord, not asked or told. I seen my friend with his face to the ground. I was with his wife and she was very confused, I was trying to get her away when all of a sudden the police started on me.

Firstly grabbing me, putting handcuffs on very roughly, trying to throw me face first to the ground then kicking my legs out from under me. I have been treated disgracefully and request cctv footage from the hotel

Yours faithfully,
Catherine Britt
