General Government Sector agencies in scope of the Audit of Employment 
Further to MS22-000565, the data collection component of the Audit of Employment is proposed to apply to 
all agencies employing staff under the Public Service Act 1999 (PSA).  
For comparison, Table 1 below lists the Entities that are subject to ASL Budget Collections – the outcomes of 
which have been published in Budget Paper No.4. The Table also summarises the Commonwealth Entities and 
Companies that would be in/out of scope (as at the PGPA Act Flipchart and List of 1 July 2022).
