entertainment, food and alcohol 
Response: 
Revive: a place for every story, a story for every place – Australia’s National Cultural Policy was 
launched on 30 January 2023 at the Esplanade Hotel in Melbourne. Costs incurred as per the FOI request 
are outlined below, in addition to other key cost category of Audiovisuals and Staging. Note that 
food costs are incorporated into the Venue Minimum Spend line item:
