As you may be affected by this proposal, I have enclosed a copy of the plans in line with our
Development Control Plan 2013.
You can look at the application and plans relating to the development at Council’s administration centre
in Zingel Place, Bega from 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, for a period of 14 days from 9 May 2019
(excluding Public Holidays).
The application and its progress may also be tracked on Council’s website (Application Tracker) at
www.begaval ey.nsw.gov.au, go to Planning & Development/Application Tracker.
If you do not have access to a computer, ‘public access’ computers are available at Tura Marrang, Bega,
Bermagui and Eden libraries to view this information.

the proposal, you wil need to tel us why in your response.
