Dear Alex,
FOI Request: Freedom of Information Request No. LEX4616
Your FOI Request
On 19 August 2023 you wrote to the Australian Electoral Commission (
AEC) seeking access under
the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) to:
I seek access to the style guide / brand guide for the Australian Electoral Commission.
On 22 August 2023 the AEC acknowledged your request and confirmed that we understood your
request to exclude duplicate and earlier draft versions of current documents
Identification of Documents
I identified 5 documents that fell within the scope of your FOI Request (the ‘Relevant Documents’). I
did this by contacting the relevant business areas and requesting a copy of all the most up to date
relevant documents. The business area confirmed that the 5 attached documents together
constituted all documents that the AEC holds that constitute the AEC’s most up to date “style
guide/brand guide”.
