This letter refers to an access request received under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) on 25 October 2015, seeking access to:
Request copies of all documentation and correspondence on record, including but not
limited to emails, letters, briefings and phone transcripts, regarding the asylum seeker
Mohammad Albederee. Specifically regarding:
- Any plans to transfer the asylum seeker for reasons of healthcare/treatment
- Any claims by the asylum seeker against Wilson Security, DIBP, or other parties on
Manus Island regarding an alleged assault
- Any Detail Incident Reports regarding the asylum seeker
- Any documentation of injuries sustained in 2014
