• PM wants to respond to the request however would like
further clarification first. Stated that the article saying
Campion was already investigating th staff was false as
they were unaware of any allegations before the
journalist questioned him.
PM stated he does not
want to block anything regarding our investigation and
will advise as soon as there is further update. Teaching
has now finished for the rest of this year.

been notified through an MCN, did governing body
discuss? Any Threshold Standards breach needs to be
within 2 weeks of event.

• PM stated no they didn’t consider informing us and he
was not aware of what an MCN was, they now have
lawyers involved and it is a sensitive matter, principal
person who liaises with TEQSA is one of the people in
question in the article. PM didn’t think about informing
TEQSA and was not aware that they had to.

procedure (as one of the people named in the article is
assumed to have seen the letter), TEQSA assumed they
were put on leave during the investigation. We have now
removed letter from portal and Campion has been
directed to liaise directly with case manager (
