Decision on your Freedom of Information request 
 
I refer to your request, dated 9 December 2025 and received by the Department of Climate 
Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (department) on 9 December 2025 for access 
under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act) to the following documents: 
 
‘Please provide a copy of all written or email communications with the department and 
the former Climate Active certified participant - PWC Australia between 5 Jan 2024 and 
today in regards to any outstanding 2023/24 reporting obligations. 
 
We agree to the redaction of personal information under section 22 of the FOI Act.’ 
 
My decision 
 
The department holds two (2) documents (totalling eight (8) pages) that relate to your request. 
Personal information has been deleted under section 22 of the FOI Act in accordance with your 
request.
