Notification of third party consultation 
I refer to your email dated 16 January 2026, requesting access to documents under the Freedom of 
Information Act 1982 (Cth) (FOI Act). Your request is as follows: 
 
“Consistent with the Freedom of Information Act 1982, I request the following: 
 
•       a soft copy of any contract related to the Airservices Strategic Partnership. 
 
•       any documented outputs related to the Strategic Partnership. 
 
•       any Approach To Market or Request For Tender documents related to the Strategic 
Partnership. 
 
•       any documents listing which potential suppliers were approached for a quote in response 
to the Approach To Market or who replied to a Request For Tender.” 
 
I have identified third parties that may reasonably wish to make an exemption contention in 
accordance with sections 27 (business documents) and/or section 27A (documents affecting personal 
privacy)] of the FOI Act. 
In accordance with section 15(6)(a) of the FOI Act, I have decided that the statutory timeframe for 
processing this request should be extended by 30 days to allow for consultation to occur with these 
third parties. This means that you should expect a decision by 17 March 2026.
