• any documented outputs related to the Strategic Partnership.
• any Approach To Market or Request For Tender documents related to the Strategic Partnership.
• any documents listing which potential suppliers were approached for a quote in response to the Approach To Market or who replied to a Request For Tender.

1) Which +IBw-Strategic Partnership+IB0-
+ICI- Please specify the supplier/consortium name(s) and any contract title/number.
+ICI- If you are referring to a particular project or stream, please name it.
2) Date range
+ICI- The period the documents relate to (e.g., +IBw-1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025+IB0-). Shorter ranges help us locate material more efficiently.
3) Document types (to help target searches)
+ICI- For +IBw-documented outputs+IB0-: do you mean deliverables under the contract (e.g., statements of work, milestone reports), or something else?
+ICI- For +IBw-lists of potential suppliers approached+IB0-: are you seeking a list of invitees for a limited/closed approach, the responses received (supplier names only), or both?
If you can provide the clarifications above by 21 January 2026, we will proceed on that basis.
If we are still unable to identify the documents sought from the information available, we may commence a formal request+IBE-consultation process under section 24AB of the FOI Act.
That process is designed to help further refine the scope where a practical refusal reason may exist.
