Freedom of Information Request – Ministerial Diaries
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your request submitted under section 14 of the
ACT
Freedom of Information Act 1989 (the Act), received by Chief Minister, Treasury and
Economic Development Directorate (CMTEDD) on 19 September 2016.
In your request, you are specifically seeking:
“… a copy of diaries of the Minister or Ministers in your portfolio for Monday 5
September to Friday 9 September 2016 (inclusive).”
Processing Time
CMTEDD is required to provide you with a decision on access to documents within the
terms of the request within 30 days after the date the request was received, unless an
extension of time has been negotiated with you. Therefore you should receive a
decision on your request by
19 October 2016.
Processing Charges
Processing charges may be payable in relation to time spent in searching for and
retrieving relevant documents, decision-making time and photocopying. In the event
the decision-maker decides that you are liable to pay a charge in respect of the
processing of your request, you will be notified of the preliminary assessment of the
charge and have full opportunity to contend that the charge should not be imposed or
should be reduced.
