I, Dr Paul Grimes, Secretary of the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population
and Communities (the
Department) pursuant to sections 10A and 23(1) of the
Freedom of
Information Act 1982 (the
Act), hereby:
(1)
revoke al previous arrangements approved under the Act before the date of this instrument
in respect of this Department and its predecessors; and
(2)
authorise those powers, duties, responsibilities and functions indicated in Column 1 of the
Schedule to the nominated officers and persons, herein after referred to as ‘the authorised
officers’ included in Column 2 of the Schedule.
