Dear colleagues
 
Further to Martin’s message about the approval of our proposed new Enterprise
Agreement this morning, I am pleased to advise you that we will now progress to the
formal employee access and voting stage.
 
Access Period – Monday 31 August to Sunday 6 September
 
Under the Fair Work Act 2009, the department is required to provide eligible employees
with access to the proposed Enterprise Agreement for a minimum period of seven days
prior to being asked to vote on the Agreement. This period will formally commence on
Monday 31 August.
 
A copy of the proposed Enterprise Agreement and other relevant key consideration
information can be accessed via the department’s intranet site. For those employees
UNDER 
who are unable to access the department’s intranet site, a copy of the proposed
Enterprise Agreement can be accessed on this external site. 1982

Voting Period – Monday 7 September to Thursday 10 September
 
RELEASED 
CorpVote Pty Ltd has been engaged to manage the ballot for eligible employees. The
ballot will be open for four days from Monday 7 September to Thursday 10 September.

Voting can be completed via the internet or over the phone. CorpVote will contact you

sent to your work e-mail address.
