“Category” referred to above are those delegation categories defined in Schedule A.
General financial limits apply to all financial delegations unless a different financial
limit is expressly stated in the delegation.
General financial limits apply to contract sums, not an annual sum (e.g. if a contract
is entered into for $5,000,000 per annum for three years, a delegation of $15,000,000
is required).
General financial limits are inclusive of GST.
Schedules C, E, G, R, W, X, AB and AC contain delegations with specific financial
limits (i.e. the general financial limits in Schedule B do not apply to these identified
schedules unless expressly stated).
