yesterday, 30 April 2019, as per your trailing email and the attached
email.

 

To request access to the information you are seeking please lodge a Formal
Access Application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act
2009 (GIPA Act).  

 

Please find a Formal Access Application and a copy of our Right to
Information Policy attached.

 

Please note that along with the application, you will also need to lodge:

·         Proof of your identity, i.e. a copy of your Driver’s Licence or
Pension Card, etc, if you are lodging the application on behalf of
yourself.  However, if you are lodging the application on behalf of the
Right to Know organisation you do not need to lodge your ID, but it would
be appreciated if you could provide a covering letter on letterhead.

·         An application fee – please refer to page 2 of the application
for details.

The authority will not release the information informally even though it is about how the department is ran but instead wants a formal application and fee paid. As it is a non-personal application the fees would be quite expensive

Please find attached a response letter and the subject information related
to your request for the “instruments of delegation or sub delegation
connected to the Housing Act 2001 which were in effect before the election
on 23 March 2019."

 

Please note that following advice of your complaint to the Information and
Privacy Commissioner NSW (IPC), I undertook another search for the
information you were requesting and found the attached documents.  
Further, a review of the documents found that they could be provided to
you informally.   I apologise for any inconvenience that the delay in
receiving these documents may have caused to you.

 

In addition, please be advised that I have advised Timothy Jap, Senior
Investigation & Review Officer, IPC, that I would be providing the

I made a complaint to the Information & Privacy Commission who replied to me on 2 July and said that they believed the information should be open access information. The response has then been provided to this site.
