I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act) which we received

The FOI Act permits an agency to transfer al  or part of a request to another agency if the request 
relates to documents that the other agency has (and the agency that received the request does not), 
or documents that relate more closely to the other agency. The Ombudsman’s office commonly 
transfers requests and part-requests that cover documents provided to the office by another agency 
and which reflect the work of that agency rather than that of the Ombudsman’s office.  
In relation to your FOI request, I have decided under s 16 of the FOI Act to transfer your request to
