Dear FOI coordinator,

Thank you for the advice earlier today. With Warrick's assistance, I've reformulated my earlier request as follows.

I'm requesting under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act:

* a document containing a report with the number of email messages transmitted to:
- Zoe Naden on 16 January 2020 at 17:37, and
- Emma Greenwood on 7 July 2020 at 11:20;

* from the following Legal, Audit & Assurance branch public officers listed with sequence numbers:
- 1: Gerard A.,
- 2: Nicola A.,
- 3: Alex B.,
- 4: Bernard B.,
- 5: Pete B.,
- 6: Rebecca B.,
- 7: Tim B.,
- 8: Chiara C.,
- 9: Kristy-Lee C.,
- 10: Matthew F.,
- 11: Pip F.,
- 12: Alan H.,
- 13: Erin H.,
- 14: Monika H.,
- 15: Genevieve I.,
- 16: Larry I.,
- 17: Vikki K.,
- 18: Alexander M.,
- 19: Christie M.,
- 20: Teddy M.,
- 21: Sarah O.,
- 22: Allison Q.,
- 23: Richard R.,
- 24: Steph R.,
- 25: Emma S.,
- 26: Jigyasa S.,
- 27: Maris S.,
- 28: Alex T.,
- 29: Giang T., and
- 30: Meg W.;

* substantially in the form of a spreadsheet with the following columns:
- the public officer sequence number as specified,
- the number of email messages transmitted to Zoe Naden within the time window specified, and
- the number of email messages transmitted to Emma Greenwood within the time window specified; and

* with the understanding that:
- an email database is a collection of data and is thus a dataset as per FOI guidelines at https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-information/guidance-and-advice/foi-guide/part-a-freedom-of-information-past-and-present/#_ftn35 (for the purposes of ss 17(2) & 15(5A) of the FOI Act),
- an email message originator field constitutes a document (for the purposes of s 4(1)("document")(a)(v) of the FOI Act),
- a document may be furnished in this instance by enumerating the originator fields of the finite number of received email messages as contained in the email dataset (for the purposes of s 17(2) of the FOI Act) by use of ordinarily available spreadsheet processing software (for the purposes of s 17(1)(c)(i) of the FOI Act), and
- full names of public officers will be provided upon department request if necessary for the successful completion of this FOI application (for the purposes of s 15(3) of the FOI Act).

Thanks,
Alby P.

P.S.
I consent to the removal of names in the public officer list above by Right to Know after this request is sent.
