Report for public officer emails transmitted to Zoe Naden and Emma Greenwood

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department of Industry, Science, Energy & Resources should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

- the number of email messages transmitted to Zoe Naden within the time window specified, and
- the number of email messages transmitted to Emma Greenwood within the time window specified; and

* with the understanding that:
- an email database is a collection of data and is thus a dataset as per FOI guidelines at https://www.oaic.gov.au/freedom-of-infor... (for the purposes of ss 17(2) & 15(5A) of the FOI Act),
- an email message originator field constitutes a document (for the purposes of s 4(1)("document")(a)(v) of the FOI Act),
- a document may be furnished in this instance by enumerating the originator fields of the finite number of received email messages as contained in the email dataset (for the purposes of s 17(2) of the FOI Act) by use of ordinarily available spreadsheet processing software (for the purposes of s 17(1)(c)(i) of the FOI Act), and
- full names of public officers will be provided upon department request if necessary for the successful completion of this FOI application (for the purposes of s 15(3) of the FOI Act).

Thanks,
Alby P.
