Dear Department of Defence,

I request a copy of all templates used by the FOI team at Defence.

In case there is any doubt, this includes documents where FOI officers regularly copy and paste the content from the document into correspondence sent to FOI applicants. It also includes a blank copy of any documents which are routinely sent to line areas within Defence.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Fairless
