Dear FOI ABC,

I agree to the extension of time for a further three weeks.

Yours sincerely,

Mathew M.

-----Original Message-----

Dear Mr M

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek your agreement to an extension of time referred to in
s15AA of the FOI Act for dealing with your request by a further 3 weeks.

While we have been working to provide you with a decision by 4 June 2021,
additional time is needed as we are in consultation with third parties.

If you agree to the extension of time, I will notify the Information
Commissioner of that agreement in accordance with s15AA of the FOI Act.

I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your consideration on
the matter.

Yours sincerely

Gukby
