complaints lodged under the Public Service Act  against Department of 
Immigration staff present on Nauru in connection with the Refugee 
Processing Centre, broken down by year from 2012 to 2020.

• The figures represented don’t reflect assessment or investigation outcomes and that further

than five as <5, noting we are reviewing the confidentiality method for the future.
