I am an authorised decision maker under section 23 of the FOI Act. The ABS has conducted a search for
documents relating to your request. I am able to notify you that 6 documents were identified that pertain to

We have some questions regarding the scope of your request.
1. The ABS produces the Census in various languages including braille. Does
your request include all languages or only the English form?
2. The ABS has several forms within the Census. The household form is the main
form used but there are also personal forms. Your wording implies a singular
form, can you confirm which forms your request includes?
