On 1 July 2015 Australian Customs and Border Protection Service was integrated into the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. This includes the Australian Border Force agency which was established to deliver front-line operations.

Requests prior to 1 July 2015 were sent to the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service (ACBPS). Requests are processed by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
