The Corporation, established under the Albury-Wodonga Development Act 1973, currently operates as a major property-owner and manager in the Albury-Wodonga region. The Corporation was previously a major land developer and concluded its residential land development activities in October 2006. Some industrial land development will continue until mid-2007. The Corporation is now concentrating on the disposal of its property assets in an orderly manner until around 2015.
