Administers the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999. Through education, assists organisations to achieve equal opportunity for women. EOWA works with employers to improve equal opportunity outcomes for women in the workplace by: - delivering practical solutions - building strategic partnerships - leading public debate to increase the rate of change. EOWA is engaged in other activities to inspire employers to create enhanced employment outcomes for women. These include the: - EOWA Business Achievement Awards - EOWA Employer of Choice for Women citation - Australian Women in Leadership Census.
