The purpose of the Land Holding Act Stakeholder Reference Panel is to give information and advice to the Minister for Natural Resources and Mines as provided for under the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Holding Act 2013 in respect of Pormpuraaw Deed of Grant in Trust. A delegate of Pormpuraaw Aboriginal Shire Council is also a member of this panel.
