Section 193A Review Panel
Section 193A of the Worker's Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (the Act) and section 112R of the Worker's Compensation and Rehabilitation Regulation 2014 (the Regulation) allow for the establishment of a panel to review insurer decisions regarding additional lump sum compensation that may be payable to a worker under section 193A of the Act.
