WBACC administers the ownership and management of the land and waters within the Jervis Bay Territory and represents community interests. Established by the Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986 to hold title to land and provide council services to the Aboriginal community of Jervis Bay.
