We act for Yarra Ranges Council in relation to your freedom of information
request for access to documents described as follows:

            …the full written report created by your Executive team on 29
June 2022 about the Risk Levels & Yarra Ranges Council Liability about a
rebuild of our home at the above address [12 Woodhurst Grove Kalorama
3766].

Under s 17(2A) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), a validly
made request must be accompanied by an application fee of $30.60.  

This means that Council cannot start processing your request until the
application fee has been paid.

To proceed with your request, please pay the application fee of $30.60 by
6 January 2023.  You can pay the application fee via telephone, please
call 1300 368 333.  Alternatively, an invoice can be generated.  Please
provide Council with your postal address and personal email address to
facilitate the generation of an invoice.

Council may waive or reduce the application fee if payment would cause you
hardship.  If you wish to request that the application be waived or
reduced, please provide supporting information which may include a copy of
a current concession or health care card, or statutory declaration
outlining why paying the application fee would cause you hardship.

Please note that until the application fee is paid (or waived), the
request is not validly made in accordance with s 17 of the FOI Act, and
the 30 day decision-making timeframe does not commence.  If Council does
not hear from you by 6 January 2023, it may close your request without
processing it.
