Exclusions: non-SES personal information, direct phone numbers, and non-public email addresses excluding the domain.

The short version is don't worry you don't need to do anything.

It didn't get an individual LEX number because it was joined with other requests into one LEX number. I have separately amended the scope of the joint LEX number.

What I am/was doing is, for completeness, withdrawing this request (scope below) - the only consequence being I then can't try and take it to OAIC because it was deemed refused by arguing that rolling it into other requests was illegitimate

So because of the withdrawal there is now no stand alone request with the following scope (and AFP never considered that there was a stand alone request with this scope):
