Dear Michael,
Further to our call on 9 October 2014, I would like to confirm the
following:
1. On 4 August 2014, you emailed NBN Co seeking a document
containing information relating to the rollout in Campbelltown. Following
some email exchanges, you were invited by Yvette Deerness to re-scope your
request and were advised that until such time, the timeframe for
processing your FOI request would not begin.
2. On 8 October 2014, you emailed NBN Co wishing “to retrieve a
document containing FSAMs in 2CBT which are currently within the design
phase and with that can you also provide the locality of the fsam.”
3. On 8 October 2014, NBN Co also received an email that was
seemingly sent by you on 22 July 2014 seeking to obtain similar documents
to those sought above in paragraphs 1 and 2.
4. You would now like to withdraw the requests made by you in
paragraphs 1 and 3 and wish for us to proceed with processing only the
request made at paragraph 2.
Could you please confirm that my understanding of our conversation is
correct before I move to formally acknowledge your request at paragraph 2?
Please note that the legislative timeframes for completing your request at
paragraph 2 will not commence until such time as I am clear on what
request I should be dealing with.
