Thank you, I approve the deactivation of this account as it demonstrates a pattern of behaviour that is in
contradiction with the Trove Terms of Use.

Subject: Trove Moderation report re: R.J.Trenwith
Hi [staff name redacted]
Two Trove users have reported the statements the Trove user R.J.Trenwith has added to their biography
which is publicly available for users to view. I have investigated these reports and here is my report.
My recommendations are:
This user has been contacted on a number of occasions around their activity of adding
redundant text to articles in order to achieve a higher text correction count. See R21/12347 &
R21/152350.
On each occasion they have been reminded of the Terms of Use but continue to contraven
them. I recommend
1. Deactivate the account and send message re: deactivation to registered email address.
2. Deactivate other ‘Trenwith’ accounts. See attached list.
3. Ban the creation of accounts with ‘trenwith’
4. Investigate other technical options to allow the business area to manage this kind of report
and hide this activity from other users while reports are investigated.
For your approval.
Thanks
