I seek access to documents held by the Australian National University identifying University staff at SM1 level or above who had access to the VC email inbox '[email address]' and/or associated calendar during the period 1 August 2025 to 12 September 2025.

For each staff member, I request:
• name,
• role or position title, and
• organisational area or unit.

This request relates only to access and permissions (including delegated, shared, or administrative access). I do not seek the content of any emails or calendar entries.

Searches should include records held by ITS, Office of the Vice-Chancellor and the Office of the provost.

Personal information may be redacted except for names and titles of staff acting in an official capacity.
