2. Could you please share publicly available website or link which list out all active "Accredited Sponsors" for Australia for quick reference in future.

I refer to your correspondence received on 11 September 2021 seeking access to documents held by the Department of Home Affairs (the Department) under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).
Scope of request

You have requested access to the following:

Home Affairs website mentioned about "Accredited Sponsors" for visa 186 & 482.

1. Requesting your support to provide a list of active "Accredited Sponsors" as on date (11th Sep 2021) for Australia.

2. Could you please share publicly available website or link which list out all active "Accredited Sponsors" for Australia for quick reference in future.

3. Where documents are released to you in response to your request, the Department may be required to publish these documents on its website within 10 working days in accordance with section 11C of the FOI Act. October 2021. The scope of your request is as follows:

In order for the Department to complete the decision making and
consultation process in relation to the documents that fall within the
scope of your request, the Department will require additional time to
process your request.

The Department seeks your agreement under section 15AA of the FOI Act to
extend the timeframe for the processing of your request by 9 days. This
would extend the due date for your request to 20 October 2021.

It would assist the Department in managing its FOI caseload if you could
provide a response to this request by close of business, 11 October 2021.
